This is a review release. Funding watches search different themes and feed one shared register. Decisions apply to the whole team.

Molly-only email testing

Every email from this version goes only to molly.nunn@flyttr.com, including scheduled alerts and manual sends. Subjects start [TEST]. Saved recipient lists are kept for later but cannot override this restriction. Removing the restriction requires a code update. Changes to shared records and rules still affect everyone on this site.

Dismiss an opportunity permanently

Choose Not interested, add your name and a reason, and save. The call leaves the live list and alerts. It remains in Archive and Not interested, where anyone can restore it. Tick Include future rounds if the whole programme should stay hidden. Programme matching uses its name and funder; review it carefully for similarly named programmes.

Track applications

Choose Applied and record Submitted, Won, Lost or Withdrawn with a reason. Applications leave the live list and remain in the Applications view. Restore an application to return it to the live register, for example when invited to a new stage. Stage-specific deadlines still need manual review.

Change what future scans do

Open Shared rules and describe the change. Review the full proposed rule book and settings, add your name and save. Nothing changes until saved. The shared rules are the authority; editing the old Word file does not update the running app. New features and integrations require a code update and are flagged rather than activated.

Use evidence before acting

Open the official call link and check the deadline, award amount and eligibility. Scoring follows fixed rules, but AI judgments about fit, eligibility and flags can still be wrong. Grey flags mean terms are not stated. The score uses a neutral value factor while a non-USD award awaits currency conversion.

Team access and backups

The site retains its shared-password login. Names in histories are entered by users, not verified individual identities. Refresh to see colleagues' latest decisions. Download backup exports the saved register, decisions, rules and legacy data. A full restore currently requires a reviewed import.

Limits of this review release

Discovery uses web search by watch. It does not directly query every listed funding portal on each scan. Full PDF/addenda reading, scan-date currency conversion, automatic recurring forecasts, leads and teaming leads, scheduled rechecks, deadline reminders, relationship tracking, recipient subscriptions and monthly learning reports remain pending. The weekly roll-up currently covers priority opportunities and near deadlines.

Unreadable official pages are held out of new results. Failed search lanes are reported; this is not a complete source-by-source coverage audit. A quiet scan does not prove no eligible funding exists.

Administrator deployment

Follow the deployment guide in the ZIP. This version uses Netlify AI Gateway. Remove manual OpenAI key/base URL overrides and redeploy so Netlify supplies its credentials. Gateway usage consumes Netlify credits. A draft on the same Netlify project can use the same records as production. Use a separate test project for isolated experiments. The 08:00 UK schedules and live AI/email require validation in your own account.
